Article 1 (Definition of terms)

In the WiFiBOX membership terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms"), the following terms have the following meanings:

Article 2 (About these Terms)

  1. These terms apply to all registered WiFiBOX members who use this service in accordance with these terms.
  2. The various precautions posted by the Company on the WiFiBOX website and my page constitute part of these Terms and are applicable to WiFiBOX members.

Article 3 (Member Registration Procedure)

  1. Those who agree to these terms and the basic terms of use of the WiFiBOX mobile communication equipment rental service, and complete the membership registration in accordance with the membership application procedures stipulated by the company, are qualified to become WiFiBOX members.
  2. If the company determines that an applicant to register as a member has the following reasons, it may not approve the application to become a member, or delete the application to become a member.
    The Company does not undertake any disclosure obligation regarding its reasons.

    • Application status of persons who have violated these terms and conditions

  3. Submit identity verification documents
    • When users apply for membership or mobile communication equipment, they should submit identity verification documents issued by government agencies as required by the Company.
    • When applying for a rental service stipulated in the Mobile Phone Illegal Use Prevention Act, the user, etc. shall submit an identity verification document issued by the government agency of the user, etc. stipulated in this Act.
    • If identity verification documents are not submitted as required by the Company, services may be refused.

Article 4 (Management of Member ID and Password)

  1. WiFiBOX members are responsible for properly managing the user ID and password used in this service.
  2. WiFiBOX members may not transfer or lend user IDs and passwords to third parties under any circumstances, nor may they share them with third parties.
  3. If you log in with a user ID and password that are consistent with the registration information, the company will treat the user ID as being used by the registered WiFiBOX member itself.
  4. If a WiFiBOX member suffers damage due to a third party's use of user ID and password, the company's liability is limited to direct and ordinary damage unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the company.

Article 5 (Change of registration information)

When the membership information registered by WiFiBOX members changes, the registered content should be changed quickly. If a WiFiBOX member suffers damage due to failure to promptly and appropriately change the registration content, the Company's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 6 (Member withdrawal)

  1. WiFiBOX members can withdraw from this service through the withdrawal procedures specified by the company.
  2. If there are still ongoing transactions such as unsettled applications or unreturned merchandise, membership cancellation procedures will not be possible.

Article 7 (Our company is exempt from liability)

  1. The Company strives to deliver reliable service usage environment and information to WiFiBOX members through this service, but cannot guarantee the following items.
    1. This service and the goods, services, information, etc. available through this service must meet the requirements or expectations of WiFiBOX members.
    2. Ensure that there will be no system interruption, delay, suspension, data loss or illegal access to data due to communication line or computer failures.
    3. Emails and other emails sent related to this service do not contain harmful information such as computer viruses.
    4. To maintain the continued existence or integrity of the Service
  2. If damage is suffered due to a WiFiBOX member's violation of these Terms, etc., the Company's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 8 (Prohibited Matters)

When using this service, WiFiBOX members shall not engage in the following behaviors or may engage in the following behaviors.

  1. Behavior that violates laws or violates morals
  2. conduct related to criminal conduct
  3. The content of this service, etc., infringes upon the copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights contained in this service.
  4. Acts with the purpose of damaging or interfering with the services of the Company, other members or other third parties, as well as the functions of servers, networks, etc. that constitute social infrastructure
  5. Use of information obtained through this service for commercial purposes
  6. Behavior that may interfere with the company's service operations
  7. Acts that illegally access or attempt to illegally access our company or third parties
  8. Collecting or accumulating personal information, etc.
  9. Use of this service for improper purposes
  10. Behavior that causes disadvantage, damage, or unpleasantness to members of this service or other third parties
  11. Pretending to be a member
  12. Lending and transferring member IDs and passwords to third parties, or sharing them with third parties
  13. Promotion, advertising, promotion or business activities on this service that are not permitted by the Company
  14. Behavior aimed at meeting an unknown member of the opposite sex
  15. Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces
  16. Other behaviors that the company deems inappropriate

Article 9 (Interruption, cessation of service, etc.)

  1. If the Company determines that there is any of the following reasons, it may stop or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notification to WiFiBOX members.
    1. When performing regular or emergency maintenance and inspections on systems related to this service
    2. When it is difficult to provide this service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes and other natural disasters, accidents such as fires or power outages, and interference from third parties.
    3. When emergency maintenance and inspection are necessary to cope with a system failure or an increase in system load, etc.
    4. In order to ensure the safety of WiFiBOX members, emergency maintenance and inspection must be carried out
    5. Others, when the Company determines that it is difficult to provide the service
  2. For any disadvantage or damage suffered by WiFiBOX members due to the stop or interruption of this service, unless there is intentional or gross negligence of the company, the company's liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.

Article 10 (Stop use and cancellation of membership)

  1. If the Company determines that a WiFiBOX member complies with the following clauses, the Company may, without prior notice, stop the member from using the service, change the member's member ID and password, or cancel the member's membership or cancel the member's registration information.
    1. Violation of any of these terms
    2. Find out if there are false facts in registration matters
    3. In case of failure to pay fees, etc.
    4. There is no reply to the company’s contact within a certain period of time
    5. When you are found to have acted inappropriately while using this service

    7. If you have not used this service for more than 3 years (login performance of this service)

  2. For damages caused to WiFiBOX members due to actions taken by the Company in accordance with this article, the Company's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 11 (Handling of Member Information)

The Company will properly handle personal information obtained from WiFiBOX members in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy ("Handling of Personal Information").

Article 12 (Change and suspension of services)

The Company may change the content of this service or discontinue the provision of this service without notifying WiFiBOX members. For damages caused to WiFiBOX members, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the company, the company's liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.

Article 13 (Notification or Contact)

Notifications or communications between WiFiBOX members and the Company shall be made in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Company. When the company notifies or contacts WiFiBOX members, it will notify or contact WiFiBOX members by announcing them on the service page, or directly using the contact address registered as member information. In addition, when the Company sends a notification or contact, it shall be deemed that the WiFiBOX member has received the notification or contact.

Article 14 (Changes to Terms of Use)

  1. If the Company determines that any of the following reasons exist, it may change these Terms without obtaining the individual consent of WiFiBOX members.
    1. Situations in the general interest of WiFiBOX members
    2. The circumstances do not violate the purpose of these Terms and are reasonable based on the necessity of the change, the relevance of the content after the change, and other matters related to the change.
  2. When the Company changes these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the preceding paragraph, it will notify the main points of the changes to these Terms and Conditions after the change by posting on the Company's website, etc., or other methods that the Company determines to be appropriate, within a reasonable period of time before the change of these Terms takes effect. Article 15 (Prohibition on Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Article 2 (About these Terms)

  1. These Terms are the Company's regulations on basic matters related to the use of this service.
  2. If the Company determines that there is any of the following reasons, it may change these Terms without obtaining the individual consent of WiFiBOX members.
    1. Changes that do not harm the general interests of WiFiBOX members
    2. The circumstances do not violate the purpose of these Terms and are reasonable based on the necessity of the change, the relevance of the content after the change, and other matters related to the change.
    3. When it is necessary to change these terms due to changes in laws, etc.
  3. If the Company changes these Terms without complying with the preceding paragraph, it will notify the changes to these Terms by posting on the Company's website or other methods deemed appropriate by the Company within a reasonable period of time before the changes in these Terms take effect. Article 3 (Scope of application of this service)

  1. The scope of application of this service is limited to the functions of the WiFiBOX related service website provided by our company and the mobile communication equipment lent.
  2. In order to use this service, if the user uses the device he/she possesses, the Company does not guarantee that the specifications and movements of the equipment held by the user will depend on it, nor does it guarantee that it is suitable for the purpose of use.
  3. For situations such as unavailability caused by the communication company that owns the communication line, our company will request the communication company that owns the communication line or the company that sells the communication line through an intermediary to restore the situation. Furthermore, at this time, the Company's liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.

Article 4 (Submission of identity verification documents)

  1. When applying for a WiFiBOX membership or applying for, lending, or returning a mobile communication device, if the company requires the user to submit identity verification documents, the user must respond.
  2. If the rental service is a rental service stipulated in the Act on the Prevention of Unlawful Use of Mobile Phones, the user must present a user identification document issued by a government agency stipulated in the Act.

Article 5 (Establishment of lease contract)

  1. The mobile communication equipment rental contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Leasing Contract") between the user and the Company shall be made after the user becomes a WiFiBOX member in accordance with the method specified by the Company and applies for the use of this service, and the Company believes that the application The content is appropriate and the company agrees to the user's application, and it will be established after the company's notification.
  2. The Company shall make notifications specified in the preceding paragraph by any method the Company deems appropriate, such as email or writing.
  3. Even if the confirmation of the application approval notice in Paragraph 1 is delayed due to the user's fault, the lease contract will be established.

Article 6 (Notes related to application)

  1. The model of mobile communication equipment provided is determined by the Company.
  2. Only one mobile communication device can be applied for at a time.
  3. Users cannot apply for this service if they have the following reasons:
    1. Wards, conservators, assisted persons, and minors (except with the consent of the legal representative of such persons).
    2. A person who has been suspended from using the credit card designated by the user by a credit card company, a collection agency, a financial institution, etc.
    3. Those who have experienced delays in payment of usage fees etc. in the past
    4. A person who has committed a crime or behavior that may be related to a crime in the past
    5. Belonging to a gangster group, a gangster group member, a gangster group associate member, a gangster group-affiliated company, a disruptive shareholder and other similar persons, as well as persons who have not been in the above status for less than 5 years
    6. Other people who the company deems unsuitable to apply

Article 7 (Contract Unit and Contract Term)

  1. The contract unit is one day, which is based on the local time of the location where the mobile communication equipment is loaned.
  2. The contract period of this service is from the scheduled pickup date to the scheduled return date.
  3. If the period is extended, the scheduled return date will be the scheduled return date specified at the time of the extension.
  4. The procedure for extending the deadline must be completed before 23:59 on the next day of the scheduled return date, and all procedures, including settlement, must be completed before the deadline.
  5. The applicable period for the fee is between the scheduled collection date and the scheduled return date.
  6. If a return is late, late fees will be incurred on a daily basis starting from the day after the scheduled return date.
  7. If the cabinet cannot be returned due to malfunction, water immersion, forgetting to return it at the return location, etc., the user should contact the company promptly and accept the return through the method separately designated by the company.
  8. The maximum contract period (including extended use period) is 180 days from the scheduled collection date at the time of initial application.

Article 8 (Change of application contents)

  1. After the application and checkout are completed, the application content cannot be changed (including booking wrong product plans).

Article 9 (Cancellation and termination of lease contract)

  1. If the user indicates to the Company that he or she wishes to terminate the contract before the scheduled collection date without receiving the mobile communication device, the Company shall agree to terminate the contract (hereinafter referred to as "cancellation").
  2. If the Company believes that the user's behavior complies with any of the following conditions, the Company may terminate the rental contract without notifying the user. In addition, in this case, the rental fee already paid will not be refunded.
    1. The content of member registration is false.
    2. The application content is false
    3. Delay in payment obligations
    4. There is a case where one of the user prohibitions stipulated in these Terms is met
    5. There is a significant change in the user's credit status, or it is considered possible

    1. If the user indicates to the Company that he or she wants to cancel the rental contract before the scheduled collection date without receiving the mobile communication device, the rental contract will be deemed to be cancelled.

    3. Refunds upon cancellation will be processed as credit card refunds. If you wish to use a method other than credit card refund processing such as bank transfer, our company will refund the refund amount after deducting a refund handling fee. The handling fee varies depending on the refund method, so please inquire when canceling.
    4. Cancellation cannot be made after the day after the scheduled collection date, or after collecting the mobile communication device.
  4. NoShow

    If the user does not proceed with the cancellation procedure and fails to pick up the item on the designated day, the rental fee paid will not be refunded.

Article 10 (Fees for storage, collection and return of items)

  1. If the user receives a mobile communication device, the storage costs shall be borne by the user.
  2. If fees are incurred when collecting and returning the mobile terminal device to the Company, the fees will be borne by the user.

Article 11 (Users’ reporting obligations)

  1. Users should contact our company promptly when encountering the following circumstances.
    1. Changes in application content
    2. Mobile communication equipment is damaged, stolen, lost or cannot be returned due to other reasons
    3. When you want to extend the lease contract period

Article 12 (Usage fees and various precautions)

  1. The payment method is limited to the settlement method provided by our company.
  2. Payment settlement will be made when the application is finalized.
  3. Payment for the extended period will be settled when the extension application is finalized.
  4. The usage fee for this service is displayed on our company page.
  5. If the return cannot be confirmed after the scheduled return date, the company may charge late payment fees to the user. The daily late payment fee is the amount of one day's application amount. In addition, if the mobile communication device has not been returned 7 days after the scheduled return date, the Company may charge the user the compensation specified by the Company in Appendix 1.
  6. When the mobile communication equipment rented by the user is stolen or lost, the Company may collect the compensation specified by the Company in Appendix 1, and the user has the obligation to report the situation to the Company.
  7. When our company receives the report in item 6, we will quickly entrust the communication line company to stop the communication. However, the communication fees used before the communication line company stops the communication shall be borne by the user.
  8. The courier costs when the user picks up and returns the mobile communication equipment by courier shall be borne by the user.
  9. When the user uses the mobile communication equipment in a manner other than that specified by the Company, and when the user uses the service in a country or region that has not been declared when applying for use, the Company may charge the prescribed fees required for the use.
  10. The company will charge users the communication fees required for the following items.
    1. When a mobile communication device is illegally used by a third party due to loss or theft, the used communication line usage fees and other expenses
    2. When used in countries and regions that have not been declared at the time of application, the communication line usage fees and other fees
    3. Charges such as communication line usage fees when using mobile communication equipment due to unexpected calls received by the user
    4. Among the usage fees incurred by users when using their own equipment and software, our company provides usage fees as a payment agent.
  11. The communication line usage fee required for firmware update of the rented equipment shall be borne by the user.
  12. When the company's equipment is found to be damaged, the company will require the user who damaged the equipment to pay the prescribed compensation.
  13. If payment is made later than the payment date specified by the Company, late payment fees will be required.

Article 13 (Processing of Personal Information)

The Company will properly handle personal information obtained from WiFiBOX members in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy ("Handling of Personal Information").

Article 14 (Other User Consent Matters)

  1. Users must not engage in the following behaviors.
    1. Transfer or lease mobile communications equipment to a third party
    2. The act of removing the SIM card from a mobile communications device
    3. Illegal input of password into mobile communication device
    4. Criminal conduct or conduct that may lead to a crime
    5. Acts that are offensive to morals or violate other laws or acts that may be violated
    6. Activities such as dismantling, transforming, repairing, transferring, renting, reselling, name changing, setting up pledges and providing other guarantees for mobile communication equipment
    7. The act of recording and displaying the communication line number of a mobile communication device on public printed matter, etc.
    8. Other acts of using mobile communication devices in ways other than ordinary usage
  2. Users should agree to the following matters.
    1. The mobile phone number will remain in use and will not change each time it is loaned out.
    2. Even if the service area shown on the map is within the service area of ​​this service, there are places where it is difficult to connect due to the local communication environment, etc., and it may not be usable depending on the conditions of the communication carrier, etc.
    3. In the case of express delivery, due to transportation delays by the transportation company, etc., there may be cases where the package cannot be delivered to the user on the day of collection.
    4. Mobile communications equipment is precision equipment and contains consumable batteries, so the service may be unavailable due to malfunction or aging.
    5. User information may be disclosed when requested by police or other search agencies.
    6. The Company has no obligation to change the method of providing this service for any reason.
    7. The Company does not assume any responsibility for malfunctions caused by users installing or uninstalling software attached to data communication services or for malfunctions in the equipment held by users.

Article 15 (Collection of damages)

  1. Users shall not engage in the following acts, even if only one of the following acts complies with the provisions of the following paragraphs, resulting in damage to the Company, the Company may collect compensation for the damage from the user.
    1. Acts that infringe or may infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
    2. Acts that infringe or may infringe the privacy or publicity rights of the Company or third parties
    3. Criminal conduct or conduct related to a criminal conduct or conduct likely to lead to such conduct
    4. Behavior that hinders the operation of data communication services, such as illegal access to servers, etc.
    5. Behavior that is immoral or that violates other laws or may violate it
    6. The act of using data communication services to provide computer viruses and other harmful programs
    7. Violation of laws related to the rationalization of transmission of specific emails or laws related to specific business
  2. The Company may take measures to stop using or temporarily suspend data communication services if the following conditions are met. In this case, the applicant or user will be notified of the situation in advance through a method that the Company deems appropriate. However, this does not apply when notification cannot be made due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
    1. When communication is impossible due to equipment or service failure, maintenance work, etc.
    2. When communication cannot be performed due to reasons with the infrastructure operator or APP service provider
    3. Other unavoidable circumstances due to technical reasons or the company’s business execution
  3. When the user causes damage to a third party or has a dispute with a third party when using this service, the user shall bear the responsibility and expenses himself, and the company does not assume any responsibility.

Article 16 (The company’s scope of responsibility in case of connection failure)

  1. The scope of liability for connection failures of mobile communication equipment in this service (hereinafter referred to as "connection failures") is limited to failures caused by failures of the mobile communications equipment provided by the Company. When a connection failure occurs due to the events specified in the following paragraphs, the Company shall The Company's liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.
    1. Poor connections caused by the use and method of use of the user's equipment
    2. Poor connection due to specifications, operations, settings, compatibility of the equipment held by the user, etc.
    3. Poor connections caused by communication line operators, connection operators and APP service providers, etc.
    4. Poor connection caused by the use environment such as terrain, buildings and other obstacles around the user's mobile communication device, and the influence of radio wave interference from radar and home appliances.
    5. Poor connections caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or earthquakes
    6. Other poor connections caused by reasons that are not the responsibility of our company
  2. When a fault other than the one mentioned in the preceding paragraph occurs and the user fails to troubleshoot according to the user guide or fails to contact the company's service center, the responsibility for the inability to use the service due to the fault lies with the user, and the company's liability is limited to direct and ordinary damage

Article 17 (Limitation of the Company’s Compensation Scope)

When damage is caused to the user due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall be liable for direct and ordinary damage to the user within the scope of the usage fee for this service. For special damages such as loss of profits, regardless of any The Company will not be held responsible for any unpredictability (However, if the user is a "consumer" under the Consumer Contract Act, the Company will not do so intentionally or with gross negligence.)

Article 18 (Applicable law and competent court)

Article 19 (Restrictions on the use of data packets by telecommunications companies based on the Fair Usage Policy)

The company's data communication products provide sufficient data capacity in normal use by directly utilizing local communication lines. However, from the viewpoint of maintaining communication network quality and fair use of radio waves, domestic and foreign communication companies sometimes impose traffic restrictions on users who conduct large amounts of data communication in a short period of time. At this time, you may be unable to connect to the Internet, or the communication speed may drop extremely.

Due to the above reasons, if communication restrictions occur, the mobile communication device will not be able to be restored during use. Please try not to browse animations, make Internet calls, download large-capacity files, online games, car navigation systems that generate data packet communications at any time, etc. Even if usage restrictions occur, users must pay usage fees to the company.

1. Late payment fees and compensation
