Quickly learn how to use

Just 4 steps.
Make a reservation on the WiFiBOX website, scan the QR code at the WiFiBOX cabinet setting location, and receive your Wi-Fi sharer.

    Register as a member

    Book your plan on the WiFiBOX website

    Pick up your phone and register as a member!

  • Step 2

    Scan the QR code on the cabinet

  • Step 3

    Get your WiFi sharer and start the rental service.

    Use WiFiBOX after receiving it

  • Step 4

    Plug it back into the empty slot of the cabinet and return it easily!

    When you return it, just find an empty cabinet and insert it into it.

How to book

  • Step 01

    Select a country or region

    Click to book and select your destination

    Select your destination on the home page.
  • Step 02

    Choose the plan you want

    Choose the traffic plan you want to use

    Select the plan you want and add to cart.
  • Step 03

    Create account/log in

    An account is required to reserve WiFiBOX

    You need to register as a member to rent.
  • Step 04


    The following credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB and UnionPay cards) can be used for payment. If there is a discount code, it can also be used at this stage.

    *If there is a "discount code", please enter it and click "Apply".
    Confirm your order content and click "Continue Payment".
    *For payment methods you can use the following credit cards
    (VISA, Mastercard, JCB and UnionPay cards).

Cancel/modify order

You cannot modify any order that has already been paid for.
If you want to change the pick-up and drop-off location, there is no need to modify your order. Machines can be picked up and returned at all cabinet installation locations.

Please apply through "My Account" to cancel your order. Click here to log into my account .

Cancellation process

  • Step 01

    Log in to my account

    After logging in, select the order number from your order history.

    After logging in to your account, you can see the order information. If you have any questions about not receiving the email, you can check it on the member page.

  • Step 02

    order details

    On the order details page, click the "Cancel" button. After successful cancellation, we will notify you via email.

    If you need to cancel an order, please go to the membership page to cancel it yourself. There is no need to call customer service.

How to pick up the machine

  • Step 01

    You will receive an email with the following subject: [WiFiBOX] Get your Wi-Fi sharer

    Open the " Get Your Wi-Fi Sharer " email

    After you book, you will receive an email with the following subject: [WiFiBOX] To receive your Wi-Fi sharer, open this email

    *Please click here to view pick-up locations and business hours.

  • Step 02

    Click on the URL and authorize camera access

    After opening the email, authorize the use of the camera. If you do not receive the email, please go to "My Account" (order history) and click the "Receive" button to the right of the order number.

    You can also click the "Receive" button to the right of the order number through "My Account" (order history).
  • Step 03

    Scan the QR code on the cabinet screen and click "Receive".

  • Step 04


    Your Wi-Fi sharer will pop out of the cabinet. Please do not leave until you receive your sharer.

    After receiving it, the pick-up is completed.

    After scanning the QR CODE, the cabinet will exit the machine and you can complete the collection. Your rental service begins.
    You will immediately receive a "Precautions before use" email, please read it before use.

How to return the phone

  • Step 01

    Find an empty slot on the WiFiBOX cabinet

    To return the phone, you only need to find an empty slot and insert it

    When returning it, just plug it back into the empty slot of the WiFiBOX cabinet.

  • Step 02
    Plug it back into the cabinet with the "wire side" facing down.

    The wire needs to be inserted face down. When you hear a "click", the return is completed, and you will receive an email confirming the return.

    When you hear a "click", it means your return is complete. You will receive a return confirmation email.

If you want to extend your tenancy

  • Step 01

    Open your account and click on the order number you want to extend

    Please go to "My Account" (Order History) > click on "Order Number" > click on the "Extend Rental" button.

  • Step 02

    Click the order number to enter the order page, find the extend rental button and click it.

    Click the "Extend Rental" button.
    *Please note that if you fail to extend your rental period, the Wi-Fi sharer will be unavailable the day after the expected return date.

  • Step 03

    After clicking to extend the rental, you will enter the product page, adjust the return date and make payment to complete the extended rental.

    Choose a new use by date, click "Add to Cart" and buy now. Extended completion.
